Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Hardscape Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing durable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, steps, pool decks, outdoor kitchens and various other hardscape elements. Your expertise will help transform outdoor spaces into functional works of art while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site preparation activities such as excavation, grading, and concrete finishing as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times
• Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to prepare sites and install materials effectively
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless workflow
• Execute the installation of hardscape elements including pavers, stonework, concrete forms, and retaining walls with precision and care

We specialize in landscape enhancements, seasonal maintenance and cleanups, and snow removal services, ensuring our clients’ properties look their best year-round.

• Proven experience in hardscape installation or related masonry work on construction sites
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to outdoor construction projects (i.e. excavator, skid steer, etc.)
• Ability to work well with teammates, demonstrate dependability, and have pride in a beautiful finished product
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship
• Attention to detail
• Environmentally and socially conscious
• Previous hardscape installation experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Critical thinking and communication skills are a must
• Knowledge and experience with hardscape designs (not required, but is a plus)
• Supervisory experience (not required, but is a plus)
• Coursework in hardscape design / installation (not required, but is a plus)
