The role of the Sales Operations Specialist is to perform lead generation projects to help the Sales Team in their prospecting activities. Manage communications that come through our website, and answer inquiries through our Ubiquity HQ number, and represent the Ubiquity brand.
What You’ll Do:
Lead Generation:
- Research prospects given by Sales Team, identify top key players based on Marketing Operations’ Buyer Persona list
- Qualify and Verify the validity of leads that came from Marketing Efforts / Website Inquiries and create & and contacts in CRM to assign to Lead owners accordingly in a timely manner
- Identify the companies that should be a target in terms of industry, size, revenue and
description - Be able to research email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile needed for contact profiling in CRM
- Update contact records in Hubspot.
- Perform other duties as assigned
CRM Tickets:
- Manage each call interaction and inquiries that reach out through our HQ number and provide a timely and accurate response and resolution
- Show professionalism with each customer interaction. We talk with a smile on our face as frontlines of the Ubiquity brand.
- Close and resolve email inquiries that reach out tohel••@ubiquity.comin a timely manner
- Provide an accurate resolution on Submission Forms and send feedback to appropriate department for further assistance and handling Requirements for Hiring ( External ) (Internal Reqmts apples)
- Experience in lead generation, data mining, research.
- Knowledge in Zoominfo, Hubspot CRM, Linkedin, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase.
- Have basic knowledge in creating workflows in Hubspot, generate reports and dashboards for data management.
- Proficient with GSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment; team player, high level of integrity and accuracy
- Positive and energetic communication skills, including excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
- Healthy drive to support the sales team in achieving new business/revenue goals
- This position requires working on a night shift and supporting the US-based Marketing and Sales team
