Description:

This position serves as a key operational and systems lead coordinator for the enrollment office, with primary responsibility for the strategy, management, and optimization of the customer relationship management (CRM) system supporting recruitment and enrollment. The role exercises independent judgment in overseeing data integrity, developing and refining operational processes, and managing communication workflows to support institutional enrollment goals.

· Serve as the lead coordinator of the CRM system (Slate) for enrollment operations, overseeing data, processes, and communication workflows.

· Manage and optimize prospective student data and communications within the CRM, ensuring alignment with recruitment and enrollment strategies.

· Evaluate, develop, and implement CRM processes related to application processing, data management, and system integrations.

· Monitor and ensure data integrity by diagnosing issues and implementing solutions to improve data quality and reliability.

· Analyze and resolve complex data and student record issues, exercising independent judgment to determine appropriate solutions.

· Design, maintain, and execute queries, reports, and data processes to support operational and strategic decision-making.

· Collaborate with IT and campus partners to ensure accurate data flow between systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· Oversee and manage communication strategies within the CRM, including email, text, and postal campaigns, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.

· Coordinate and evaluate communication workflows, making adjustments to improve engagement and outcomes.

· Provide training, guidance, and support to staff on CRM functionality, processes, and best practices.

· Direct and oversee admission ambassadors supporting communication outreach, ensuring quality and alignment with operational standards.

· Manage Slate Inbox operations, including prioritization and assignment, ensuring timely and effective communication management.

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies; recommend and implement enhancements aligned with enrollment goals.

· Support broader admission initiatives and projects, contributing to enrollment goals and strategic priorities.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

· Demonstrated ability to manage systems, processes, and complex data.

· Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent decisions.

· Experience with CRM systems (Slate) or similar technology platforms.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
