Store Manager Position Summary
As a Store Manager at RNR Tire Express you will lead by example and drive the success of the store through strong leadership customer focus and a passion for team development You will be responsible for overseeing all daily operations including sales customer service inventory management staffing and compliance while ensuring that every team member is aligned with our mission to help customers safely and affordably own the tires and wheels they need
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to building a positive culture rooted in excellence accountability and care You will coach and develop your team set performance goals manage PL and ensure every customer receives exceptional service from the first greeting to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales and Profitability – Lead your team to achieve and exceed store sales goals while maximizing profitability
Develop and Motivate Your Team – Train coach and mentor team members in sales techniques customer rapport and effective use of technology
Create an Exceptional Customer Experience – Build lasting relationships and foster customer loyalty
Oversee Daily Operations – Manage sales service collections and accounting functions for the store
Manage Inventory – Ensure proper stock levels reduce loss and maximize availability

Requirements:- Valid driver’s license with a driving history that passes our company requirements
- Able to reach, bend, stoop, push and frequently lift up to at least 75 pounds
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
- Have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- Ability to work flexible hours Monday through Saturday
- Commitment to the company safety policies
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members both in person and through phone and text
- Prior experience as a manager, store manager, sales manager, service manager, or retail manager
- Rent-to-Own or Leasing experience is valuable
- Pass drug screen and background check to company policy standard
