This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Data & Analytics Architect based in the United States.

This role sits at the core of enterprise-wide data transformation, defining how data is structured, governed, and activated across a global organization. You will design the architectural foundation that enables trusted, scalable, and AI-ready data ecosystems, ensuring information is accessible, consistent, and meaningful across all business functions. Working in a highly collaborative international environment, you will partner with engineering, analytics, and security teams to shape modern cloud-based data platforms. The role blends strategic architecture leadership with hands-on design of data models, pipelines, and integration frameworks. You will also play a key role in enabling advanced analytics, BI modernization, and AI/ML adoption across the enterprise. This is a high-impact position where your architectural decisions directly influence data reliability, innovation, and business intelligence at scale.

Accountabilities
  • Define and govern the enterprise-wide data architecture strategy, including data models, integration patterns, cloud platform standards, and semantic layers to ensure consistent and scalable data usage across the organization.
  • Lead the design and evolution of modern cloud data platforms such as data warehouses and lakehouse architectures, enabling high-volume, multi-source data ingestion and processing.
  • Establish and enforce data governance frameworks covering data quality, lineage, metadata management, master data management, and regulatory compliance across global environments.
  • Architect analytics and BI solutions, including semantic layers, reporting structures, and data-as-a-service frameworks to support both human users and AI-driven consumption.
  • Design data infrastructure supporting AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics, including RAG architectures, vector databases, and unstructured data processing pipelines.
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to embed data protection, privacy, and Zero Trust principles across all layers of the data ecosystem, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, translating business needs into a forward-looking data and analytics roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or analytics engineering roles, with demonstrated progression into enterprise architecture leadership.
  • 5+ years of experience designing and governing large-scale enterprise data platforms in global or multi-regional organizations with complex regulatory and operational environments.
  • Strong expertise in data governance, including data quality frameworks, MDM programs, metadata management, and enterprise data stewardship practices.
  • Deep hands-on experience with modern cloud data platforms and strong proficiency within the Microsoft data ecosystem, including data integration and analytics services.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale initiatives such as data platform migrations, BI modernization, and enterprise analytics transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML-enabling data architectures, including semantic modeling, data pipelines, and AI-ready data structuring.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex architectural concepts into business-aligned outcomes.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation aligned with senior enterprise architecture roles
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Opportunity to lead enterprise-wide data and AI transformation initiatives
  • Exposure to cutting-edge cloud, analytics, and AI-enabled data architectures
  • Strong focus on innovation, modern data platforms, and digital transformation
  • Collaborative, global environment working with cross-functional technical teams
  • Long-term career impact through high-visibility enterprise architecture leadership
