This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, culture, and performance-driven marketing within a fast-moving creative environment. You will be responsible for shaping ideas into compelling narratives that resonate across digital, social, and brand channels. The work spans campaigns for restaurant and retail audiences, where tone, timing, and relevance are critical to engagement. You will collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and analysts to turn insights into impactful creative concepts. This is a distributed, video-first team environment where ideas are shared quickly and iterated collaboratively. Success in this role means consistently producing copy that feels original, human, and culturally aware while adapting to multiple formats and platforms.
- Develop original copy and creative concepts that bring brand ideas to life across multiple channels
- Lead storytelling across social, digital, and brand-native content with a strong focus on audience engagement
- Write and adapt copy for campaigns including video scripts, posters, digital ads, packaging, websites, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with designers, strategists, and data teams to translate insights into creative direction
- Contribute to ideation sessions and help shape campaign narratives from concept through execution
- Ensure consistency of tone, clarity, and cultural relevance across all deliverables
- Use modern creative tools, including AI-assisted writing tools, to expand ideas while maintaining a strong human voice
- 3+ years of professional experience in copywriting or creative writing roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work, storytelling, and multi-channel copy execution
- Proven ability to write engaging, brand-aligned content across digital and social platforms
- Comfortable using AI tools to enhance ideation and productivity without losing creative authenticity
- Strong curiosity and cultural awareness, with the ability to generate ideas from diverse inputs
- Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a distributed team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional creative teams
- Strong writing craft with a clear ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and formats
