Overview
Position Summary:
We are seeking an Off-Site General Foreman to oversee multiple locations and provide leadership and direction to Site Superintendents. This role is responsible for ensuring operational consistency, quality standards, and performance expectations are met across all assigned sites. The Off-Site General Foreman serves as the primary support and escalation point for Site Superintendents while driving continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance within the latitude of established company policies.
- Initiating process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
- Work with vendors and contractors to initiate shared best practices and synergies.
- Frequently interacting with customers and/or functional peer group managers on matters between functional areas.
- Leading cooperative efforts among project team members.
- Implement quality-oriented service procedures to enhance department performance.
- Planning, budgeting, and scheduling facility modifications.
- Manages departmental activities with responsibility for results, including costs and staffing.
- Prioritize department initiatives to align with leadership team direction.
- Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect the organization.
- Support Site Superintendents across multiple locations
- Ensure all sites meet cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections to maintain quality control
- Provide coaching, training, and development for Site Superintendents and staff
- Address and resolve escalated issues in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and coverage across sites as needed
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans where necessary
- Maintain strong communication with clients, leadership, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Assist with onboarding and training of new supervisors and staff

Qualifications
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of facilities/facilities construction experience
- 2+ years of experience as a supervisor with direct reports
Preferred:
- Associates degree
- 5+ years of experience
