About this Opportunity
As a Caregiver Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance, support, and training to caregivers, helping them develop their skills and manage the challenges of their roles. You will work closely with both new and existing Caregivers to address their concerns, provide personalised coaching, and offer practical solutions to enhance their confidence and overall caregiving experience.
This role would suit someone with experience as a coach, trainer, or senior caregiver looking for their next step within an aged care setting. It requires strong administrative capability, confident leadership when navigating difficult conversations, and the ability to recognise and review the quality of care delivered to clients. As we continue to grow, with a newly appointed Business Operations Manager and expanding operations, this role plays a key part in strengthening and supporting our Caregiver workforce within a collaborative, values-driven team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to Caregivers to assist them in providing quality care.
- Provide a supportive environment for Caregivers to share their experiences, concerns, and emotions, and offer advice and encouragement.
- Track the progress of Caregivers, providing feedback and adjustments to ensure quality of care.
- Provide administrative support to the People and Culture team by maintaining records in systems and ensuring documentation is up to date
- Conducting on site Meet and Greets with potential new Caregivers.
- Conduct training on client specific requirements and equipment in the clients home.
About you:
- Must have 3+ years experience working in a carer role preferably in aged care.
- Certificate 3 in individual support or equivalent is essential.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Caregivers/Carers within their role.
- Demonstrated experience in using equipment related to Aged Care/Disability (lifting hoists, mobility, disability and rehabilitation equipment)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with and motivate Caregivers
- Strong engagement, influencing, coaching and leadership skills.
- Must hold a valid Australian drivers licence
