This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Spain.
This is a high-impact sales role focused on driving growth for a fast-scaling Voice AI platform that is redefining how businesses handle customer calls and interactions. You will be on the front line of expansion, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects across both inbound and outbound channels. The role sits within a high-performing go-to-market team where speed, experimentation, and ownership are central to how work gets done. You will engage with technical and business stakeholders across industries adopting AI-driven voice automation. This is an opportunity to work in a category-defining space and directly influence pipeline generation and revenue growth. - Generate and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up
- Conduct initial discovery conversations with technical and business stakeholders
- Build targeted outreach campaigns using email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Identify key decision-makers within target accounts and map organizational structures
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies and advance opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track all outreach, pipeline, and engagement activity
- Contribute insights from customer interactions to improve messaging and go-to-market approach
- Support continuous improvement of outbound processes as the sales motion scales
- 1–3+ years of experience in SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline or quota targets
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences
- High level of drive, competitiveness, and ownership mindset
- Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing pipeline and CRM tools
- Resilience, coachability, and ability to iterate quickly based on feedback
- Interest in AI, SaaS, infrastructure, or developer-focused products is a plus
- Bonus: experience in early-stage or Series B–F startup environments
