Senior Legal Solutions Associate

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Legal Solutions Associate based in India.

This is a client-facing, high-ownership role at the intersection of law, technology, and commercial growth.
You will play a key part in driving adoption of legal-tech solutions by engaging with legal professionals, enterprises, and institutional stakeholders.
The role combines consultative sales, relationship management, and strategic market development in a fast-evolving legal AI environment.
You will own regional or sector-specific pipelines and be responsible for converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
A strong emphasis is placed on high-quality client engagement, solution positioning, and negotiation of complex legal-tech offerings.
You will also contribute to market intelligence by identifying trends, partnership opportunities, and expansion pathways.
This position is ideal for a commercially minded legal or legal-tech professional who thrives in a fast-paced, impact-driven environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and manage regional or sector-based sales pipelines, driving consistent growth in opportunities and conversions.
  • Conduct high-impact product presentations, demos, and negotiations with legal professionals, enterprises, and institutional clients.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with law firms, organizations, and other key stakeholders in the legal ecosystem.
  • Provide insights on market trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support revenue generation by building strong, trust-based client relationships and long-term engagement strategies.
  • Mentor interns and junior associates, contributing to capability development within the team.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine go-to-market approaches and expand market reach.
  • Act as a key individual contributor with ownership over outcomes, relationships, and regional performance.
Requirements:
  • 2–5+ years of experience in legal practice, legal sales, SaaS sales, consulting, or business development within legal or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of legal workflows, legal services, or legal technology ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive consultative or solution-based sales processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and convert them into measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently with high ownership in a remote-first, outcome-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market needs.
  • Regional language proficiency is an advantage depending on territory coverage.
  • Must have access to a personal laptop and phone; willingness to travel or use a personal vehicle is preferred.
  • Strong motivation to work at the intersection of legal services and AI-driven innovation.
