Location: Milford, PA
Pay Rate: $15.93 - $16.00 per hour
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Warehouse Labor is currently seeking reliable and motivated Pick and Pack / Production Line Workers for a manufacturing facility in Milford, PA. This position is responsible for accurately picking products, packing finished goods, and supporting production line operations in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Pick products according to work orders and customer specifications.
• Pack products securely and accurately for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies.
• Assemble, label, and prepare products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling as needed.
• Perform other warehouse and production-related duties as assigned.

• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
