The Finance Manager plays a vital role in our dealership by ensuring clients receive tailored financing options that suit their needs. Impact and Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Financing:
    1. Assist clients in securing financing for vehicle purchases.
    2. Present and explain financing options, including loan and lease terms.
  2. Financial Analysis:
    1. Evaluate credit reports and client financial status to determine viable financing solutions.
    2. Analyze financial data to make informed recommendations.
  3. Documentation and Compliance:
    1. Ensure all finance transactions are accurate and compliant with state and federal regulations.
    2. Prepare and review all required documentation for financing.
  4. Client Engagement:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships to enhance the buying experience.
    2. Provide exceptional service and address financing-related concerns.
  5. Negotiation:
    1. Negotiate with lenders to secure competitive terms for clients.
    2. Collaborate with sales teams to close deals effectively.
  6. Process Improvement:
    1. Identify opportunities to streamline finance operations and improve client satisfaction.
    2. Stay current with industry best practices and new finance tools.
  7. Training and Development:
    1. Mentor sales staff on financing options and compliance requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in automotive finance.
  • Strong understanding of finance principles, credit analysis, and lending practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
  • High level of organization, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Proficiency with financial software and dealership management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
