Accountabilities:

As a key contributor to the Revenue Operations team, you will support strategic initiatives by analyzing business performance, developing insights, and enabling leaders to make informed decisions. You will work cross-functionally with customer-focused teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and deliver scalable solutions through data.

  • Partner with business leaders to understand critical challenges, define analytical needs, and translate business questions into actionable insights.
  • Lead analytics projects that develop solutions, establish performance indicators, and measure business outcomes.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders to improve operational performance and strategic execution.
  • Analyze large datasets, identify trends and anomalies, and create clear visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Support territory planning, commission processes, and strategic initiatives through analytical expertise.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop innovative approaches to increase efficiency and business impact.
  • Mentor and support junior analysts by sharing knowledge, best practices, and analytical guidance.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical expertise with business acumen, communication skills, and experience supporting revenue or go-to-market functions. You should be comfortable working with complex datasets, collaborating with executive stakeholders, and turning analysis into meaningful business recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, mathematics, statistics, economics, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics roles with increasing responsibility and ownership of complex projects.
  • Experience supporting Cloud or SaaS go-to-market organizations is preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience preparing, analyzing, and modeling data.
  • Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques, including forecasting, time series analysis, clustering, or multivariate analysis.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to executives and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
