As our Talent Acquisition Associate, you will join a team that leads with kindness, dreams big and takes action together. You'll coordinate our hiring process and own onboarding for every single new starter - making sure the brand people already love comes through from the first phone call to the ninetieth day in the job.

Why this role matters āØWe're hiring 15-25 people over the next 12 months, and none of it works without someone keeping the machine running. For many candidates, you are the first sense they get of what it's actually like at Elizabeth Scarlett - coordinating our hiring process and giving every single new starter a first 90 days that actually sets them up to thrive. This role makes sure that experience is warm, careful, and genuinely reflects who we are. It's also what keeps us moving fast enough that great candidates never slip away simply because we were too slow.

Be the first real touchpoint candidates have with Elizabeth Scarlett - and make it count.Coordinate the hiring process and own onboarding for every new hire.Have a genuine hand in shaping who joins the team, through the screening calls and coordination that decide who moves forward.What you will be doing šCoordinate End-to-End HiringPartner with hiring managers on JD development, sourcing strategy, and screening for all junior to mid level roles, and all contractors or freelancers.Run interview coordination and manage offers for all hiring managers, including liaising with recruiters where needed.Run initial screening calls that give candidates a genuinely good first impression of ES, while confirming fit and availability before handing to the hiring manager.Keep candidate pipelines up to date in our ATS - status updates, notes, and next steps always current.Manage offer letter admin and new-starter records within the system.Own Onboarding for Every New HireCoordinate onboarding - pre-boarding, week 1, and 30/60/90-day check-ins - for every single new starter, regardless of role or channel.Conduct welcome sessions across a new starterās first few weeks, bringing them into life at ES and how it all works. Help new starters settle into their roles by being available to answer questions or provide training on relevant onboarding topics.Flag gaps or friction in the onboarding process back to the wider People team.Help to Grow Our Employer BrandRefresh and own our careers page and LinkedIn company presence.Assist with a content strategy that shows what it's actually like to work at Elizabeth Scarlett.Work with the People team to turn ES's consumer brand strength into inbound candidate interest over time.Manage internal ATS - Run Hiring Data & ReportingMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in Rippling so reporting is always reliable.Pull time-to-hire, pipeline, and source data on request for the monthly hiring report.Spot and flag obvious process leaks (e.g. candidates going quiet, stages stalling).Use this data to make the case for what's working and what needs to change at the 6-month review.Who we are looking for š§³MindsetYou know you're the brand's first impression. Every call and email you send shapes how a candidate feels about us, and you take that seriously.Genuinely organised, not just tidy. You keep ten moving parts straight without needing to be chased.Comfortable on the phone. Candidate calls don't faze you - you're warm, clear, and quick to build rapport.Wants to grow into more. You're building coordination skills now with an eye on taking on more ownership over time.Owns outcomes, not just activity. You think in cost-per-hire and time-to-hire, not just "did I fill the requirement."Treats onboarding as retention, not admin. The first 90 days matter as much to you as the first interview.Brand-minded. You understand what makes ES's consumer brand work and want to turn that into a reason people want to work here.Must-have skills Strong administrative and organisational skills, with proven ability to juggle multiple live processes at once.Confident calendar and diary management across several stakeholders.Comfortable running candidate calls and handling day-to-day candidate communication.ATS/HR system proficiency - comfortable learning Rippling quickly and keeping it accurately maintained.Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter. High accuracy in administrative work.Clear, professional written communication with candidates and hiring managers.Nice-to-have Previous experience with Rippling specifically.Experience in a Recruitment Coordinator, HR Administrator, or Talent Coordinator role.Interest in writing careers content or supporting employer brand (job ads, social content).Exposure to a consumer or D2C brand environment.ExperienceLikely 1-2+ years in a recruitment coordination, HR admin, or similar support role.Comfortable working within established processes, and those which are being designed from scratch as we grow.Backgrounds we value: recruitment coordination, HR/People admin, office or operations management with strong candidate-facing experience.Culture fitKind, collaborative and uplifting.Entrepreneurial and action-oriented.Appreciates the value of brand as a growth lever.Cares about the quality of the work and the people creating it.Excited to join a purpose-led brand blending creativity, commerciality and conservation.What success looks likeBy month 3, Rippling is a genuinely reliable system - postings go live fast, pipelines are current, and hiring managers trust what they see in it.
