Concept Rehab is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) to join our rehabilitation team in Hart, MI. You'll work alongside experienced therapists in a collaborative post-acute setting where your ideas, compassion, and clinical expertise make a real impact every day.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist
  • Help patients improve mobility, strength, self-care, and daily living skills
  • Accurately document treatments and patient progress
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies
  • Maintain compliance with Medicare, state, and company guidelines
Qualifications
  • Current Michigan Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
