Family Living Provider at Heartwell Services, LLC – Albuquerque, New Mexico

HeartWell Services, LLC is seeking people interested in becoming Family Living (FL) Providers in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. As an FL provider, you will have an individual with intellectual, physical, or developmental disabilities and/or mental health challenges living with you. The supported individuals each have their own identities with varying levels of needs, and we pride ourselves on connecting people with the right fit. As an FL provider, you will offer a stable and caring home where they can live, grow, and integrate into the community working toward goals of daily living skills/independence. Depending on the supported individual, he/she may attend a day program or receive other services in addition to what you as the FL provide to them in residential services.
