WebFX is seeking an entry-level candidate for our Project Management team! Our ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree (or will soon have one!), a track record of strong academics, and is interested in learning about all things project management and web technology. Related experience is awesome to have, but never required - we'll train you on everything you need to know!

-A Bachelor's Degree: All majors welcome!

-GPA: 3.4 or above

(Upcoming grads are encouraged to apply - we interview and hire up to a year in advance!)

-Prior part-time/summer job/internship experience (can be in any field)

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Customer service experience (in any industry)

-Presentation skills

-Digital marketing experience (a bonus!)

-Project management experience (a bonus!)

-Excel/Google Suite

-Basic HTML/CSS or UX experience

-You have a great eye for aesthetically pleasing websites

-You're organized, timely, and able to juggle multiple projects at once

-You're interested in the web, and like keeping up with new technology

-You're professional, dependable, and self-motivated

-You take pride in your work and always strive for high-quality results

-You work with urgency and enjoy getting things done

-You're proactive when it comes to solving problems

-You're a lifelong learner, and are always looking to stretch and grow your skills

-You love thinking both creatively and analytically, and love using data to make decisions

-Create and outline specifications for website build projects, integrating UX best practices

-Organize and manage project timelines, and communicate schedules to internal team members

-Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with client goals

-Troubleshoot issues as they arise, using clear communication and creative problem-solving

-Manage multiple projects and deadlines using strong organization and time management skills

(About 35% of your day)

-Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, asking strategic questions to understand their goals and needs, and recommending best practices accordingly

-Contribute to our high client satisfaction rate by providing proactive support and building relationships based on trust and rapport

(About 20% of your day)

-Perform quality assurance testing during website builds and launches

-Evaluate website performance, functionality, and user experience to ensure standards are met

-Initial "bootcamp" training program to learn foundational hard skills

-Ongoing advanced training sessions from industry experts as you progress

-Regular team Lunch-and-Learns in our on-site training amenities

-All our Jr-level roles represent the first step on an upward promotional path within WebFX

-Merit-based promotions are abundant for new team members who meet or exceed performance metrics
