Educational Coordinator NICU- Registered Nurse in Syracuse, New York at Crouse Hospital

The Educational Coordinator uses foundational skills to facilitate instruction to individuals/groups by engaging learners with the goal of developing and increasing their knowledge and skills.

Minimum education/certification licenses: Bachelors degree required; masters degree preferred. Experience: 3-5 years recent educator or clinical experience in assigned area of responsibility required. Experience with adult learning strategies/theories and curriculum and program development preferred. Special skills/equipment: Demonstrated competency in the teaching/learning process.

This position is for NICU. Master's degree must be obtained within 2 years of being in the position if not currently master's degree prepared.

Salary range- Starts at $40,000 + based on experience and education
