Lake Regional Health System is seeking a professional, detail-orientated Discharge Analyst to join our Health Information Management Department who can provide knowledge and customer service to our team.
What Are We Looking For?
An individual who can perform online analysis of all inpatient, observation, surgical day care patients, clinical, emergency room encounters, reoccurring encounters in compliance with established policies and procedures. Our Discharge Analyst promotes customer satisfaction by providing courteous, confidential service through competent, professional practices and prompt response as outlined in the patient-focused care. In addition, excellent written and verbal communication paired with excellent customer service skills. Computer-based knowledge and skill at using reporting and documentation systems. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED for this position.
