About This Position
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator, Setter, and Tender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating, setting up, and maintaining machines in a manufacturing environment. In addition to core responsibilities, this role will require collaboration across other functions and tasks, working closely with other departments and positions as needed to ensure smooth operations and meet production goals. Flexibility and a willingness to cross-train are essential in this dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Operate, set up and maintain machines to ensure they are running efficiently and effectively
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are producing quality products
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure longevity
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
General Shifts:
- Day Shift: 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday
- Additional Requirements: Occasional Saturday shifts or extended hours may be required to meet operational needs.
Compensation:
- Competitive pay based on skill set, starting at $21.00
- Non-exempt employees are paid weekly

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Setter and Tender in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Honest and Motivated
- Drug screening required prior to employment

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
