In this role, you are not just a representative; you are a life-safety expert. You will be responsible for servicing our loyal existing customers while actively expanding our client base through targeted B2B cold calling. What You Will Be Doing
  • You will manage a dedicated territory, acting as a trusted safety advisor and sales driver for businesses of all sizes:

  • Territory & Route Management: Conduct highly efficient, route-based sales and service visits to our existing commercial customers, providing exceptional support.

  • B2B Prospecting & Growth: Actively prospect and execute cold calls on local businesses to identify new sales opportunities and expand our market share.

  • Consultative Sales & Education: Present, demonstrate, and educate business owners on our top-quality fire safety products, extinguishers, and compliance services.

  • Proposals & Quoting: Prepare and deliver highly accurate, professional sales proposals and quotes tailored to each customer's specific safety needs.

  • Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed targeted sales objectives and growth metrics.

  • Administration & Compliance: Maintain precise records of customer interactions and sales activities. Ensure strict compliance with all company policies and industry safety standards.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate directly with the broader sales team to develop and execute innovative strategies for regional business growth. Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)
  • Experience: Proven, successful experience in B2B sales and high-level customer service.

  • Sales DNA: The demonstrated ability to confidently make cold calls on businesses, overcome objections, and build rapid rapport with potential commercial customers.

  • Mindset & Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and equipped with a strong, independent work ethic. You must have excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Mobility & Licensure: A valid Driver's License and the absolute willingness to travel consistently within your assigned regional territory.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. (A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred!)
