Job Summary
We’re seeking a Sales Assistant who is passionate about building long-term customer relationships and contributing to the success of our clients. This is not a typical sales role — it’s an opportunity to become a true business partner to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Learn and become familiar with our wide range of seafood products.
· Shadow senior sales staff to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
· Provide excellent customer service, including answering phones, data entry, and assisting with customer inquiries.
· Support the sales team with various administrative and operational tasks.
- Driving company provided van to drop off small deliveries to local customers
Qualifications
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Prior customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Valid Driver's License Required
