Position Title: HVAC Journeyman

Pay Range: $15 - $50 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings
Ensure systems are functioning properly and meet code requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all job sites
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Participate in on-call and emergency repair work as needed
Complete documentation and reporting accurately

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of HVAC field experience
Current KY HVAC Journeyman License (Required)
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and practices
Ability to work independently and within a team
High attention to detail and safety standards
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Weekend and Overtime availability required as needed
