Casa de Flores in Morro Bay is seeking positive individuals to work as Resident Aides in our Assisted Living facility for our overnight shifts (10pm-6:30am). We are seeking applicants with experience in care giving , but are willing to train the right candidate. We care about our employees, and strive to provide a culture where people feel valued.
