The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and engaging Training Instructor to deliver high-quality learning experiences to both internal teams and external clients. This role blends facilitation, content development, and continuous learning to ensure training programs are impactful, relevant, and actionable.
You’ll play a key role in helping participants build the knowledge and skills they need to succeed—whether through in-person sessions, virtual instruction, or video-based training.
What You’ll DoDeliver engaging training sessions in-person, virtually, and via video to a variety of audiences
Facilitate interactive learning experiences that support diverse learning styles
Support the development of training materials, presentations, and lesson plans
Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify training needs and recommend solutions
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance outcomes
Maintain and continuously improve training content to ensure accuracy and relevance
Foster a positive, engaging learning environment that encourages participation and growth
Stay current on technical content and instructional best practices
Build strong relationships and credibility with participants and stakeholders
Travel up to 50% (domestic and international) to support training delivery
Represent PowerPro 360 professionally during all training engagements
Experience:
3–5 years in corporate training, instruction, facilitation, or education
Experience in the transformer management industry or a related technical field preferred
Spanish language skills are a plus
Skills & Abilities:
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional methods
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills (in-person and virtual)
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively
Strong organizational and preparation skills
Ability to adapt training for different audiences and learning styles
Analytical mindset to evaluate training effectiveness and improve programs
Ability to quickly learn and build expertise in technical subject matter
This role is primarily based in an office environment but includes significant travel (up to 50%) for training delivery. Travel may include both domestic and international locations.
Physical RequirementsAbility to work at a computer for extended periods
Regular communication via phone, video, and in-person
Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)
Ability to stand, walk, and move during training sessions as needed
