CALIBRE is an employee-owned, mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company. CALIBRE is seeking a Cyber Social Media / Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analyst to support rotational training at the National Training Center (NTC).
This position supports U.S. Army training by replicating modern cyber, information, and social media operating environments. The Cyber Social Media / OSINT Analyst provides open-source intelligence (OSINT) support and designs, develops, maintains, and troubleshoots secure web-based platforms hosted on NTC networked application servers. The role requires strict compliance with Information Assurance (IA), DoD cyber security standards, and Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements to ensure realistic and secure training execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Support NTC rotational training by replicating contemporary cyber, information, and social media environments.
- Provide open-source intelligence (OSINT) support to exercise scenario development and execution.
- Design, install, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot websites and web-based services in a secure DoD environment.
- Support applications hosted on NTC-approved networked application servers and software platforms.
- Perform system maintenance, monitoring, and technical troubleshooting during training rotations.
- Ensure compliance with Information Assurance (IA), RMF, DoD cyber security policies, and accreditation requirements.
- Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and training support teams to meet exercise objectives.
- Experience supporting web-based applications in secure or classified environments.
- Familiarity with OSINT methodologies, publicly available data sources, and information environment operations.
- Knowledge of DoD cyber security, IA controls, RMF, and system compliance requirements.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced training environments supporting live exercises.
- 2–3 years of experience as a computer analyst, data processor, systems analyst, or in a related technical role.
- Experience supporting IT systems, web services, or applications in a government or DoD environment preferred.
- DoD IAT Level II certification required (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, or equivalent).
- Active Secret security clearance required.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- On-site support aligned with NTC rotational training schedules.
- May require extended hours during training rotations or exercise execution.
The base salary for this position is $70,000 to $78,000 depending on experience.
