This individual will actively assist with communication and coordination among internal teams, external partners, and community stakeholders, ensuring alignment of efforts and seamless information flow. Responsibilities encompass supporting partnership activities, such as organizing meetings, coordinating collaborative projects, and gathering stakeholder feedback to inform ongoing program improvements. The candidate will coordinate training sessions and facilitate knowledge sharing, as well as contribute to the development of resources that strengthen the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
The position also involves supporting the creation and use of performance measurement tools, collecting, and organizing program data, conducting data analysis, and assisting in the preparation of performance reports and presentations. Strong report writing skills are essential to ensure clear, precise communication of findings and recommendations to a diverse range of stakeholders. Additional duties include developing and leading workshops, managing ongoing training series, facilitating peer-to-peer knowledge exchange, fostering sustainable communities of practice, overseeing networked improvement initiatives, and providing systems-level coaching to educators and leaders.
Qualifications:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, or basic data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Interest in continuous improvement, learning systems, and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education, public administration, social sciences, data analytics, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 2-4 years of experience in program support, evaluation, data analysis, or performance improvement.
Develops, implements, conducts, maintains, and coordinates training for multiple research entities, organizations, and other institutions. Contributes to solving complex, high-level issues within multi-disciplinary programs and leads both in-person and online training. Creates and evaluates training performance metrics, implements protocol revisions, and prepares project evaluations.

Physical Effort
Mostly sedentary computer/office work, some travel across regional partner sites, must be able to get to various offices across campus when needed. Minimal lifting, pushing, and pulling.
