Scioto Services is currently looking for a highly motivated individual who thinks outside of the box and has the ability to lead a small team of technicians on jobsites throughout the Teays Valleyarea with the primary focus being softwash/pressure washing but could include other duties in the off season.

Job Skills/Requirements

Our Special Services team completes a variety of duties which include but are not limited to:

Pressure Washing

Soft Washing

Preventative Maintenance

Floor Care-including Carpet Cleaning

High Dusting

Painting

Construction Clean Up

Industrial Cleaning

The manager will be responsible for a team of 1-4 technicians on a jobsite and must be able to meet and communicate effectively with our customer. The manager must be detail oriented and have great time management skills.

Shift: Typical shift is anywhere between 5am-5pm but could vary depending on planned work and include nights and weekends with minimal overnight travel.

Requirements: You must be 18 years old. For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English. You must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift, push, and/or carry up to 75 lbs.
