Summary:

This position has responsibility for support of sales and customer service activities that include customer communication, order entry and customer care.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or equivalent.Associate’s degree preferred

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret the English language. Associates must have the ability to communicate internally and externally effectively and efficiently.Must demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and be comfortable engaging with customers/clients over the phone in a clear, professional, and friendly manner.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with the variety of situations and people.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Ability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, crouch, or kneel.Capable of lifting 35 pounds regularly.
