Position Description :
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the setup and administration of contracts, subcontracts, and change orders
- Act as a key point of coordination between project teams, subcontractors, and leadership
- Review contracts to ensure compliance with terms, policies, and regulations
- Help manage project startup documentation (insurance, bonds, compliance documents, etc.)
- Track and maintain contract records and documentation in Viewpoint
- Assist with subcontract issuance, exhibits, and compliance tracking
- Support lien filings, notices, and project close-out documentation
- Work closely with Accounting and AP on compliance and payment-related items
This is a high-visibility, detail-heavy role that touches every phase of the project lifecycle
Position Requirements :
What You Bring
- High School Diploma required (degree or coursework in business, finance, or construction is a plus)
- Exposure to contracts, purchasing, accounting, or construction processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized across multiple projects
- Comfortable working in systems and spreadsheets (Viewpoint is a plus)
- Clear communicator who can coordinate across teams
- Someone who is proactive, dependable, and eager to learn
