About the Role
We are looking for like-minded people to join us as a Full-Time / Contract English Teacher in Singapore! If you are passionate about English and want to explore a career in education, then we want you!

Your Responsibilities
as a Specialist English and Writing Teacher, you will:

• Lead small-group classes (up to 8 students) using our structured and proven teaching materials and lesson protocols.
• Facilitate teaching and marking during 2-hour lessons according to the scheduled time
• Evaluate student work and provide feedback to support their learning
• Communicate with parents professionally to share student updates and address any concerns
• Collaborate on curriculum enhancements and contribute to special projects, allowing you to showcase your creativity and ideas.
• Available to work on either weekends and open to traveling between Write Edge centres.

Qualifications/Requirements
What We’re Seeking For In Educators.

• Degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, Early Childhood Education, or related fields
• Recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong English proficiency and communication skills for teaching Primary/Secondary students
• Prior teaching or group tutoring experience will be an advantage
• Ability to engage and support children in their learning is a bonus.
• Familiarity with the Singapore curriculum and assessment systems would be a plus
• Bring a positive mindset. Take initiative, be responsible, have strong work ethic and a growth mindset.

Work Hours:
4 weekdays and 1 weekend

• Weekdays: 1pm - 10pm
• Weekends: 8:30am - 6:30pm
