About This Position
Lone Tree Services is hiring for the following positions for our Hydrovac teams:
Swampers - work with the hydrovac driver as spotter, operate the pressure hose, and assist in maintenance of equipment.
Operator Drivers - Lone Tree Services is looking for a Hydrovac operator, with a Class A CDL is preferred with a tanker endorsement.
Need to have knowledge of digging, pot holing, cleaning equipment, water pressure, loading, offloading, daily maintenance, operation of equipment and be willing to train on new SOPs.
Truck Drivers - Lone Tree Services is looking for a Hydrovac truck driver, with a tanker endorsement. Need to have basic Hydrovac Truck knowledge. Loading and offloading experience is a plus. Willing to train on the operation of equipment and SOPs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform Oil Field related to Hydrovac Duties
- Follows and understand essential job SOPs
- Able to lift 50- to 70 pounds regularly throughout the course of a workday
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Lead and work as a member of a HydroVac Team
- Clean cattle guards, mats, tanks and or/ culvert where directed
- Work nights, weekends, and holidays if necessary
- Use safe driving techniques anytime operating vehicles or equipment's
- Complete daily equipment inspections and report any malfunctions with equipment immediately
- Perform duties in extreme weather conditions
- Wear personal protective equipment at all times while on location
- Review Job Safety Analysis for each location or jobsite

All employees participate in weekly training (26 hours annually) conducted by their supervisor/leader with added daily safety meetings. We provide initial safety and orientation training reinforced with daily and weekly safety instruction and inspection. We meet or exceed recommended experience modification rates with many companies.
Employees may also be required to obtain other site-specific safety credentials as mandated by clients or regulatory authorities.

Requirements:Qualifications and Education Requirements
HydroVac Driver 1: Possess a Class B CDL with air brake endorsement. Less than two-year experience.
HydroVac Driver 2: Possess a Class B CDL or higher. More than two-year experience.
HydroVac Driver 3: Possess a Class A CDL or higher. At least two year of experience.
HydroVac Driver 4: Possess a Class A CDL with endorsements. More than two-year experience and no violations for a calendar year. Ability to train and mentor. Show strong leadership skills and report accurately to Management.

GENERAL JOB HAZARDS
- Employees are required to drive in extreme weather conditions such as heavy snow, snow packed roads, icy roads, strong winds, and any other weather conditions that could be considered hazardous.
- Employees are required to enter and exit their truck throughout the day injuries resulting from slips, trips, and falls are common. Employees are required to utilize the three points of contact system while entering or exiting their vehicles.
- You will be required to use different types of hand and power tools. You must be able to inspect and use these tools in the manner they are intended to be used
- Hazards from other equipment or people on location.
