Performs clerical and receptionist functions for the unit, in accordance with Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital policies and procedures, answers inquiries of a general nature by nursing staff, physicians, patients and families, and carries out principles of positive guest relations,

Must be comfortable working in an acute Behavioral Health Unit

Education:

High School Diploma preferred,

Experience: Prior experience in acute care hospital preferred;

Clerical experience preferred, but not essential,

Computer literate, Knowledge of Epic and other computer programs,
