About the Company
AI is making access infinite. Agents can send thousands of messages, generate endless content, and automate outreach at scale. Which means cold access is collapsing.
In a world where anyone can reach anyone instantly, trust becomes the only scarce resource. Hiring will happen through trusted referrals. Customers will come through warm introductions. Fundraising will happen through networks. Opportunities will flow through people who can vouch for you.
The future of opportunity runs on trusted paths between people.
The company is building infrastructure for that world. The platform creates an AI-powered trust graph: a system that maps real connections and acts as the orchestration layer for your network. It understands who you know, how well you know them, and who can introduce you to the people that matter based on what you're looking for.
Who We Are
The founder has spent the last decade helping scale technology startups from 0 to hundreds of millions of users, leading growth, operations, and product.
The current team consists of four people, most of whom are former founders.
Since launching in 2023, the team has built multiple products used by millions of people and has reached the top of the App Store several times.
The company has raised venture funding from leading technology investors and currently has hundreds of thousands of people on the waitlist.
About the Role
The company is looking for a Founding Product Designer to help define how people experience this new paradigm.
This is not a traditional design role. You will not be handed a brief and asked to produce screens. You will own the entire product experience, from research and strategy through to shipping directly in production.
Right now, the founder leads product and design. They are looking for someone who can take ownership alongside them — someone who is:
- 50% thinking deeply with users about the product
- 50% prototyping, shipping, and iterating quickly
The biggest challenge the company faces right now is finding the right UX to unlock their flywheel and network effects. That is what this role will help solve.
You will design using modern AI tools, collaborate with engineering, and push things directly to production. Design does not stop at design tools here.
Our Philosophy
Small teams build the most important products.
Talent density over team size.
Extreme ownership and intensity.
Speed over process.
Taste matters.
Human interaction is one of the most complex systems in the world. AI finally makes it possible to structure and orchestrate it at scale — this is one of the most important problems to solve.
Everyone on the team is here because they are obsessed with building.
