CO3 Brands is bringing Tim Hortons to San Antonio, and we’re looking for a dedicated Baker who takes pride in quality, consistency, and craftsmanship.
As part of the founding team of our first San Antonio location, you’ll play a critical role in preparing the fresh baked goods that Tim Hortons is known for around the world. From donuts and Timbits to muffins, cookies, and bagels, you will help ensure every guest experiences the freshness and quality that defines our brand.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys early mornings, working with their hands, and producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment.
You won’t just be baking — you’ll be helping set the standard for future Tim Hortons locations across Texas.
Position SummaryThe Baker is responsible for the preparation, baking, and finishing of all baked goods in the restaurant according to Tim Hortons’ quality standards and recipes. This role ensures product freshness, consistency, and availability throughout operating hours. The Baker plays a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experience by maintaining the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities· Production & Quality
· Prepare and bake all Tim Hortons products (donuts, Timbits, bagels, muffins, cookies, etc.) according to established brand recipes and standards.
· Follow production schedules to ensure consistent product availability and freshness.
· Ensure accurate portioning, mixing, and proofing for each batch.
· Maintain proper product rotation using the 'first-in, first-out' (FIFO) system.
· Monitor and record baking times, temperatures, and waste logs daily.
· Food Safety & Cleanliness
· Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures as outlined by company and local health regulations.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of all bakery areas, equipment, and tools.
· Properly label, store, and handle ingredients to prevent contamination or spoilage.
· Conduct regular equipment cleaning and report any maintenance needs promptly.
· Teamwork & Communication
· Communicate production needs and inventory levels to the management team.
· Support restaurant operations by assisting with other duties during peak hours when required.
· Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient and positive work environment.
· Operational Standards
· Execute daily checklists and maintain production logs accurately.
· Uphold all Tim Hortons brand standards, recipes, and presentation expectations.
· Comply with uniform, grooming, and safety standards always.
Qualifications· Prior baking, food production, or kitchen experience preferred (Tim Hortons experience a plus).
· Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
· Ability to follow recipes, measurements, and instructions accurately.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
· Reliable, punctual, and capable of working early mornings or overnight shifts as needed.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Requirements: Physical Requirements· Ability to stand for extended periods (4–8 hours).
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Ability to bend, reach, and work with baking equipment.
· Ability to safely operate ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment.
