Salary/Pay Rate: $28.00 $35.00 per hour, based on experience
Location: Rosendale, Wisconsin (with required nationwide travel)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with required overtime and weekends based on project needs
Project Scope: Perform hands-on general labor for concrete construction projects supporting agricultural waste storage and sustainable energy systems

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
You will execute hands-on labor tasks, including setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete for specialized construction projects.
You will safely operate various power tools and equipment, ensuring efficient site operations.
You will manage the loading and unloading of materials and tools, maintaining an organized and productive worksite.
You will actively support skilled tradespeople, following instructions to ensure project success and quality craftsmanship.
You will contribute to a safe working environment by adhering to all PPE and safety protocols and participating in safety meetings.
You will travel to out-of-state job sites as required, contributing to nationwide projects.
You will assist in mentoring less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Willingness to work long hours in physically demanding environments and varying weather conditions.
Ability to travel to out-of-state job sites as required.
Strong ability to work well with others in a team setting.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of experience in general construction or concrete work.
High School Diploma or GED.
Demonstrated leadership ability.
Bilingual skills.
