QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent and prior experience as a Valet Manager or Supervisor required; proven leadership in overseeing valet operations and staff management.
- Demonstrates professionalism, excellent communication, and the ability to resolve guest concerns while fostering a team environment focused on service excellence.
- Effectively trains, develops, and evaluates staff in customer service, parking procedures, and safety protocols.
- Physically able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift; must possess a valid, clean Arizona drivers license.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Parking Superstar: Oversee day-to-day valet operations, ensuring every vehicle is stored and retrieved with speed and precision while upholding safety and security at all times.
- Captain of the Crew: Train, supervise, and schedule valet staffinstilling top-notch guest service, safety standards, and company values for a harmonious, high-performing crew.
- Money Maestro: Handle all financial transactions, from cash and receipts to preparing daily revenue and reconciliation reports, ensuring accuracy behind the scenes.
- Event Extraordinaire: Partner with hotel staff, restaurants, and event planners to flawlessly coordinate valet services for special occasions, managing staffing and logistics like a pro.
- Guest Happiness Hero: Promptly address guest concernswhether its a missing item, vehicle issue, or service complaintwith professionalism and a can-do spirit for five-star experiences.
- Gear Guardian: Keep valet equipment in tip-top shape with regular inspections and maintenance, ensuring radios, key systems, and signage are always ready for action.
