About This Position
We are seeking a highly skilled, automation-driven Senior Salesforce & CPQ Administrator to join our Revenue Operations team. This role is responsible for owning and evolving our Salesforce platform and CPQ ecosystem to enable scalable, efficient, and intelligent go-to-market processes.
This is not a Salesforce Developer role. We are looking for a systems thinker and advanced admin who thrives in declarative tools (Flow, validation rules, dynamic forms, approvals, etc.), understands CPQ deeply, and can architect scalable automation without writing Apex.
Approximately 70% of this role will focus on Salesforce and CPQ administration, with 30% dedicated to broader GTM systems and integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Nue.io), serving as the internal expert on quote-to-cash architecture and best practices.
- Design scalable quote-to-cash solutions including pricing logic, approvals, product configuration, renewals, and amendments.
- Architect and build advanced Salesforce automation, including record-triggered flows, screen flows, approval processes, and end-to-end lifecycle workflows.
- Proactively identify and implement automation to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and accelerate revenue velocity across the sales lifecycle.
- Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities and external AI tools to enhance system intelligence, guided selling, forecasting, and operational insights.
- Partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to embed AI-driven insights into core workflows such as lead scoring, opportunity management, and forecasting.
- Ensure strong data integrity through governance, validation frameworks, audits, and advanced dashboards supporting forecasting and revenue analytics.
- Own and optimize GTM system integrations (e.g., ZoomInfo, Gong, Outreach, marketing automation), ensuring reliable data sync, field mapping, and cross-system alignment.
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ or alternative CPQ tools (DealHub, Nue.io, etc.).
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools.
- Strong understanding of quote-to-cash lifecycle and revenue operations processes.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other GTM platforms.
- Strong data governance and reporting expertise.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications preferred
