The Bakery dough mixer is responsible for supporting the bakery production line by following digital recipes through a food processing app, operating production equipment, and maintaining consistent quality standards. Key duties include Mixing, packaging, labeling, sanitation. This role is essential in ensuring product quality, food safety,and keeping the work environment clean and safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Process recipes through a digital food processing app
• Package products according to company standards.
• Mix, Fold and Form sourdough bread.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Support other production-related tasks and other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
• Experience with sourdough and baking is highly preferred.
• Attention to detail and following specific instructions is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability.

Work Environment

• Production facility environment with exposure to food ingredients, cleaning chemicals, and industrial equipment.
• Requires adherence to dress code and safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
