Machine Operator (End Former) at Race Winning Brands – Berea, Ohio

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. We are seeking and End Form Machine Operator to join the operations team at our Corsa facility in Berea, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Read job specifications such as work orders, blueprints, and measurement devices to determine machine adjustments and material requirements
• Set up, adjust, and operate equipment to fabricate parts to specifications
• Observes equipment operation to detect work piece defects or equipment malfunctions
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, or rust from work piece
• Verify parts to specifications and tolerance using proper measurement and inspection equipment
• Identify, tag and remove non-conforming materials
• Accurately complete all required paperwork in a timely manner
• Communicate with other departments as necessary
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
• Ensure work is done safely, consistently and meets quality standards
• Adhere to all company rules and policies
• Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Wear required PPE including gloves, safety glasses and hearing protection.
