Critical Peake Electrical Services is growing and looking for a Sales Executive to build and expand relationships within the property management community.
This is a relationship-driven position, ideal for someone with existing connections in property management who wants to grow with a strong, service-focused team.
What You’ll Do
- Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and commercial clients
- Generate new business through your network, referrals, and outreach
- Conduct site visits and client consultations
- Create proposals, follow up, and close deals
- Deliver strong customer service to retain and grow accounts
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth project execution
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in property management, facilities, or related field
- Existing connections in the MD/DC property management market
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in the field
No electrical experience required - we will train you on the technical side.
