Responsibilities

• Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and approval
• Enter invoices and payment information into the accounting system
• Prepare and process check, ACH, and credit card payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payment status
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting tasks
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
• Support the accounting team with administrative and financial tasks as needed
• Other duties as assigned

• Experience: 2+ years in accounts receivable, accounting, or a related role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bonus: Experience in the service industry or with a trade company is a plus!
