Client Services Specialist
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Pay Rate: $40,000 per year (Salary)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST

Position Summary
Under the direction of the Vice President of Sales, the Client Services Specialist plays a critical role in supporting client relationships and ensuring seamless communication between sales, operations, and internal departments. This position is responsible for maintaining client data, reporting, onboarding coordination, sales support materials, and assisting with special projects that support overall client success and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, customer-focused, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Generate and maintain reporting including daily volume reports, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc reports
* Assist with client presentations, stewardship materials, and documentation
* Monitor and manage the Client/Customer Maintenance inbox, including adding and updating contacts and payors and responding to internal inquiries
* Coordinate client onboarding, including payor setup, internal communication regarding client requirements, and clinical setup as needed
* Create provider heat maps, pricing grids, and customized client presentations
* Provide conference planning and logistical support, including hotel bookings, task tracking, and expense coordination
* Develop and design promotional and marketing materials, including sales event flyers and internal resources
* Collaborate with IT on onboarding and client maintenance requests, reporting development, and audit support
* Conduct weekly reviews of operational referral reports
* Monitor and respond to Client Services and Sales Support email requests
Required Qualifications
* Strong analytical and investigative skills with exceptional attention to detail
* High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Prior experience or familiarity with workers’ compensation is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of workers’ compensation claims and the healthcare industry
* Experience working with large or complex datasets
* Familiarity with customer service best practices
* Creative or marketing-oriented skillset
* Experience working with Magellan systems
