Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble, wire, and install electrical components for signage according to specifications and safety standards

- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and design layouts to ensure accurate construction

- Test completed signs for electrical functionality, safety, and durability

- Collaborate with design and project teams to meet client requirements and project deadlines

- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols

- Troubleshoot electrical issues during manufacturing and post-installation as needed

- Keep detailed records of work performed, materials used, and quality inspections

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or sign manufacturing, preferred

- Knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices, preferred

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electrical work is a plus

- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment

- Ability to accurately read tape measure to 16th of an inch

- Experience working with sheet metal is a plus

- Automotive experience translates well to this position
