Remote Director, Creative Marketing

In this role, you will help redefine how we communicate with our customers and make car ownership easier and more engaging. Your expertise in crafting meaningful and impactful messaging will transform our customer experience. You'll work closely with various teams to ensure our marketing speaks to the heart of our audience, enhancing engagement and trust. Accountabilities- Overhaul existing customer communications including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to develop trust and engagement.
- Create compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with customers and build brand loyalty.
- Define the brand's personality and voice across all channels.
- Lead initiatives to improve customer messaging and enhance the brand experience.
- Develop strategies for organic GTM launches and manage social media presence.
- 7+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on copy and customer communications.
- Proven success with email and SMS marketing campaigns.
- Strong portfolio showcasing writing and creative capabilities.
- Excellent copywriting skills that make complex topics accessible.
- Experience working with consumer brands.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage ambiguity.
