Salary Range: $70,500 - $90,000 /year (based on experience)


Pacific Coast Producers (PCP), a growing agricultural cooperative with food production facilities across the West Coast, is seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Supervisor for our Night Shift to join our team at our Distribution Center (DC) in Lodi, California. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor leads daily maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability, safety compliance, and efficient production support. This role supervises maintenance technicians, drives preventative maintenance execution, and leverages CMMS and inventory systems to minimize downtime and extend asset life.


What You'll do:

  • Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians
  • Train employees on troubleshooting, repair, and proper equipment rebuilding techniques
  • Oversee and ensure completion of all preventative maintenance activities, including inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and component replacement
  • Maintain strong working knowledge of industrial machinery (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems)
  • Utilize maintenance manuals, schematics, and OEM documentation to guide repairs and training
  • Ensure accurate and consistent use of CMMS for work orders, PM scheduling, and asset history tracking
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to improve equipment reliability
  • Manage maintenance parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical spares while controlling costs
  • Enforce all safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA compliance
  • Coordinate with production to prioritize work and reduce downtime
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, and equipment upgrades

What You Bring to the Team:

  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food or distribution environment preferred)
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Ability to work night shift (11pm to 7:30am)
  • Strong understanding of preventative maintenance systems and equipment rebuild practices
  • Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance documentation
  • Knowledge of inventory control and spare parts management
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
  • Strong technical expertise in industrial systems, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform complex troubleshooting and conduct root cause analysis to improve equipment reliability.
  • Proficiency in planning and organization, specifically regarding preventative maintenance systems and equipment rebuild practices.
  • Working knowledge of inventory control and spare parts management to ensure availability of critical spares.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and OEM drawings to guide repairs and training.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively alongside production teams.
  • Knowledge of safety standards, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and OSHA compliance.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or emergency situations as needed to support operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a union environment
  • Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards
  • Technical certification or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field

Salary Range: $70,500 - $90,000/year (based on experience). This is a full-time, on-site, night shift (11pm-7:30am), role-based at our distribution center in Lodi, CA.

The base salary range reflects the reasonable expectation for what the company anticipates paying for this role at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on factors including, but not limited to:

  • Relevant skills, education, and experience
  • Job-related qualifications and certifications
  • Internal pay equity
  • Market conditions and business needs
