The Opportunity: You will serve as the primary technician responsible for executing high-end bathroom transformations using advanced acrylic and wall panel systems. This role allows you to take ownership of the installation process, delivering beautiful, waterproof results for Sacramento homeowners in a fraction of the time of traditional methods. You will join a supportive team that values technical precision and provides the tools necessary for long-term career growth.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute the precision installation of acrylic shower panel systems and full-height wall paneling to ensure a seamless, waterproof finish.

• Measure and cut specialized materials with high accuracy to fit unique residential bathroom configurations.

• Adapt existing plumbing and structural framing to accommodate new shower bases and wall systems.

• Supervise the demolition of old fixtures while maintaining a clean and safe residential work environment.

• Coordinate with the sales and production teams to verify that all project specifications meet the homeowners vision.

• Maintain high quality-control standards to minimize callbacks and ensure long-term product durability.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience specifically installing acrylic shower panel systems or general shower wall panel systems.

• Demonstrated proficiency with power tools and precise measuring instruments required for panel customization.

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in confined bathroom spaces.

• Strong technical understanding of waterproofing and bathroom plumbing basics.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience with tile installation, though full panel system expertise remains the primary focus.

• Previous experience in residential remodeling or finish carpentry.

• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with homeowners during the installation process.

• Bilingual in Spanish would be a big plus
