General Purpose:

The Crossing Guard Coordinator supports the safety and flow of people on campus by overseeing crossing guard operations. This role helps ensure a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for all guests, families, and staff.

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate and schedule crossing guards for services, school hours, and events.
• Ensure safe and efficient traffic and pedestrian flow
• Monitor key crossing areas and address safety needs
• Communicate with staff and teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Mature follower of Jesus Christ
• Strong awareness of safety and surroundings
• Ability to communicate clearly and give direction when needed
• Dependable and able to follow schedules
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Heart to serve and create a safe, welcoming environment

What You Are Required to Know:

• We are an EEO employer.
• This is a full-time (40 hours/week) non-exempt position.
• This role requires presence during school hours and evening ministry services.
