JOB DUTIES

• Develops and implements best practices and procedures to enhance business growth.

• Manages service personnel to ensure they meet customer's expectations and requirements.

• Ensures that every technician has the proper training and certifications to meet the needs of the job.

• Schedules service jobs and assigns personnel to specific jobs and duties.

• Ensures that service personnel are provided the proper equipment and tools needed to perform jobs correctly and safely.

• Ensures the service team adheres to all new SOP's, KPI's and Lean Six Sigma programs.

• Assists Manager and/or Account Specialist in customer surveys and is able to review jobs for quotes.

• Participates with Manager in hiring new Field Service Technicians.

• Tracks all training for each technician.

• Performs other duties as assigned.
