La Causa Development is a fully owned, for-profit subsidiary of Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC), providing professional expertise in full-service real estate development from design to implementation in Arizona and Nevada. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT IN THIS ROLE?You will play a critical role in ensuring our communities are clean, well-maintained, and ready for residents. You will be responsible for maintaining approved cleaning supply inventories and ensuring all common areas, offices, models, laundries, and vacant units meet cleanliness and quality standards prior to move-in.
Your work directly supports resident satisfaction, safety, and overall community presentation.

You maintain a professional, courteous attitude when working with residents, coworkers, and the public, and you consistently uphold Tiempo Customer Service Standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES
- Housekeeping or cleaning in apartments, hotels or private residences preferred.
